5. Stay away from: Sugar, All drugs, Vaccines, Fluoride, Aspartame, Alcohol, coffee, Gmo's, processed meats, processed Food, Food coloring, Chemicals, Stress, bitterness, Unforgiveness, covetousness, Hate, lies, toxic people, Watching Porn.


6. Renew your mind with the word of God. Take every thought that is not from God captive under the obedience of Christ. Be baptized in water & Be Baptized in the Holy Spirit en be transformed & renewed from the inside out. Truly Born Again! Repent from your sins. Love God with all your mind, Body & soul & en Love your neighbor as yourself.
